VENDOR INFORMATION
Wo-Zha-Wa Merchandise Vendor Requirements:
For Profit Vendors: Vendor for profit definition: a vendor temporarily selling merchandise for a profit. Unless documentation is provided proving a non-profit status, all vendors will be considered for profit.
No vendor will be allowed the use of city sidewalks, streets, parking lots, parks or any public property.
Vendors will not sell any illegal items including counterfeit products. The Wo-Zha-Wa committee has the right to deny vendor sales of items that are not consistent with family values
2019 vendors with different sized booths/space may request to keep the same size space. Complete and submit the “Custom Booth Request” form with the application.
The application and supplemental forms must be received by July 1. Participants will be notified by August 1 whether or not they have been accepted. If not accepted, entry fee will be returned. Mail to: WoZhaWa Committee Attn: Laurie Anderson, PO Box 485, Wisconsin Dells WI 53965
Non-Profit Vendors: Non-profit organizations from the Wisconsin Dells school district are allowed to vend with a permit. The permit fee is waived and 20% of net profits shall be donated to the Wo-Zha-Wa Committee.

All vendors shall have affixed to their booth or sales location, in a prominent place, a license issued by the City of Wisconsin Dells. The Wisconsin Dells Police Department shall enforce the license requirement and violators will be ticketed and fined $424.00 per day. Violators who default in payment of their forfeiture may be confined in the county jail not more than three (3) days.
